Inliner adhesive: Superjet K3 |
|
Intercol recently developed a new inliner adhesive for the corrugated board (carton boxes) industry. Super Jet adhesive K3 is used as side-seem-glue. Adhesives application is with non-contact jetting system (high pressure and low pressure systems). Special properties are:
- Excellent behaviour of the adhesive in the system, resulting into perfect adhesive patterns (dots, strips)
- Little smearing on the nozzle through excellent "breaking" of the K3 adhesive and the special character of the adhesive in general,
- Provides the possibility of "squaring" of the boxes
- Fast setting
- Versatile bonding
- Suitable for the bonding of various types of corrugated board.

Intercol adhesives to Macropak 2010 (Packaging exhibition Utrecht, Netherlands) |

From the 5th to the 8th of October 2010, the Macropak packaging exhibition in Utrecht, The Netherlands, takes place. Macropak is the largest exhibition of packaging and packaging in the BeNeLux. Intercol is present as one of the largest independent producers of industrial adhesives in the Benelux. A visit to Intercol will be rewarded with interesting proposals of our innovating products.

Intercol heeft onlangs een nieuwe cacheerlijm ontwikkeld. Met deze nieuwe cacheerlijm kan met minder lijmverbruik het zelfde reultaat behaald worden. Dit heeft naast een kostenbesparing diverse gunstige invloeden op het verlijmingsresultaat.

Interessante dagen Empack Den Bosch |

Op de Empack in Den Bosch bleek onze stand goed vindbaar voor veel van onze relaties. Velen hebben kunnen genieten van onze vers gemalen koffie. Daarbij konden lopende zaken en nieuwe ontwikkelingen goed besproken worden. Binnenkort plaatsen we hier een foto van onze stand op de Empack. |

Lijm wisselen - hoe doe je dat en waar moet je op letten? |
|
Bij het uitwisselen van een hotmelt, bijvoorbeeld voor een tijdelijke test of omschakeling op een nieuwe lijm, zijn er een aantal zaken waarmee rekening gehouden dient te worden, om met name, problemen op de langere termijn te voorkomen.
Hoewel hotmelts in vorm en kleur veel op elkaar kunnen lijken, kunnen de formuleringen en gebruikte grondstoffen sterk van elkaar verschillen.

Nieuw laboratorium in aanbouw |

In januari 2010 is begonnen met de bouw van een nieuw laboratorium binnen Intercol. Dit laboratorium zal ingericht worden als Polyurethaan-giethars laboratorium. Naast meer ruimte voor ontwikkeling in deze producten, zullen onder andere laboratoria eveneens meer ruimte krijgen
