Futura - de nieuwe generatie etiketteer hot melts |
 Intercol's Futura hotmelt voor etiketteren (labelling) is de nieuwe generatie van waterheldere, nauwelijks geurende hot melt lijmen voor het etiketteren van flessen, potten en blikken. De Futura hotmelts zijn geschikt voor diverse machines zoals Reelfed en magazijninvoer.
Deze nieuwe Futura hotmelts zijn zeer thermostabiel, schoon en betrouwbaar met een uitstekende hechting op een breed scala aan materialen. In de praktijk zal deze lijm hechten aan vrijwel alle soorten papier- en kunststof etiketten, op glazen, kunststof of blik- verpakking, rond, vierkant, geribbeld of met een speciale vorm. |

Op 29 en 30 maart organiseren Grafotec Benelux bv, Intercol industriële kleefstoffen en KOLBUS een gemeenschappelijk kennis evenement in de KOLBUS fabrieken te Rahden, Duitsland.
Doel tijdens deze dagen: Het produceren van een perfect garenloos gebrocheerd tijdschrift, brochure of boek door toepassing van de juiste rugbewerking en kennis van verschillende lijmen.
Wij hopen daarmee een bijdrage te leveren aan een probleemloze productie van uw garenloos gebrocheerde producten. |

Prijsverhogingen relatief gunstig voor Futura hotmelts |
 De prijzen van met name hotmelt lijmen zijn de afgelopen jaren sterk gestegen. Een opvallende ontwikkeling hierbij is dat de meeste Futura hotmelts minder sterk in prijs zijn gestegen dan de conventionele hotmelts. Des te meer reden voor veel van onze klanten om de Futura hot melts te gaan gebruiken, want al meer dan tien jaar behoren de Futura hot melts tot de "nieuwe generatie" kwaliteitslijmen. |

Intercol introduced a whole new range of Futura hot melts. Due to developments in the adhesive raw material market, where the prices are rising and availability becomes tight, Futura hot melts become more and more interesting to use.
Futura hot melts are very thermo stable (non coaling), and these hot melts are very versatile in bonding (from simple carton to UV varnished, and PE Coated or laminated boards). Therewith these hot melts contribute to make your packaging process more efficent, more reliable, and more profitable due to cost saving.

Inliner adhesive: Superjet K3 |
|
Intercol recently developed a new inliner adhesive for the corrugated board (carton boxes) industry. Super Jet adhesive K3 is used as side-seem-glue. Adhesives application is with non-contact jetting system (high pressure and low pressure systems). Special properties are:
- Excellent behaviour of the adhesive in the system, resulting into perfect adhesive patterns (dots, strips)
- Little smearing on the nozzle through excellent "breaking" of the K3 adhesive and the special character of the adhesive in general,
- Provides the possibility of "squaring" of the boxes
- Fast setting
- Versatile bonding
- Suitable for the bonding of various types of corrugated board.

Interessante dagen Empack Den Bosch |

Op de Empack in Den Bosch bleek onze stand goed vindbaar voor veel van onze relaties. Velen hebben kunnen genieten van onze vers gemalen koffie. Daarbij konden lopende zaken en nieuwe ontwikkelingen goed besproken worden. Binnenkort plaatsen we hier een foto van onze stand op de Empack. |
