Intercol introduced a whole new range of Futura hot melts. Due to developments in the adhesive raw material market, where the prices are rising and availability becomes tight, Futura hot melts become more and more interesting to use.

Futura hot melts are very thermo stable (non coaling), and these hot melts are very versatile in bonding (from simple carton to UV varnished, and PE Coated or laminated boards). Therewith these hot melts contribute to make your packaging process more efficent, more reliable, and more profitable due to cost saving.

The thermostability of these white hot melts, prevent your system from having nozzle blockages due to coaled hot melt adhesive. By standard yellow or amber hot melts, this sometimes is solved by increasing pressure or increasing the size of the nozzle. This is only a temporarily solution, and the adhesive consumption will increase significantly. Due to it's high versatility, deccrease of production interruptions and more efficient hot melt adhesive appliance these new Futura hot melts contribute to your more efficient production or packaging process.
