The non-contact glueing systems typically replace older contact-glueing systems. Many new machines are standard already equipped with standard non-contact glueing systems. Contactless systems are usually quickly convertable for adapting the machine to other settings. The the glue pattern is accurate and better to control. Bringing dots and beads is no problem. The risk of errors related to glue issues are almost brought to zero.

Intercol has developed various adhesives for non-contact spray systems. The adhesives are thoroughly tested in both, the laboratory of Intercol, as well on our customers machine application. The range of non-contact-jetting adhesives of Intercol embraces in perfect running standard non-contact adhesives to specially developed adhesive to bond difficult substrates as eg.
