A contaminated or unstable adhesive glue can quickly cause nozzle blockages. Non contact jetting adhesives of Intercol are designed to run perfect on various brands spray equipment, such as HHS, Nordson, Robatech, Valco and ERO. Where can I buy Intercol Adhesives and hot melts

What's your lead time for orders?

Many products we can supply from stock. Our standard production schedule is approximately one week, but we emphasize the need of communication in case of urgent deliveries.

What pack sizes do you supply your products in?

Standard we supply in 30KG buckets, 1.000L IBC and Bulk carriers. Other pack sizes are available (1L bottle, 5L can, 25L etc.) but with special conditions.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our production is tuned to make batches from 250Kg up to 20MT. Many of our standard quality adhesives are available from stock in 30Kg buckets. Normally a 30Kg bucket is the minimum order quantity.

How do I dispose of excess and overdated adhesive?

Our adhesives are water based and non-toxic. Therewith they are classified as low environmental hazardous.Your local waste manager probably has no problem handling it. Of course you can always contact us to find your most efficient way to handle your adhesive issues.

How to handle adhesive packagings like empty buckets and IBC's

We can take IBC's back under certain conditions (like it has to be empty). Usually empty packagings can be handled as normal waste. Please read the Material Safety datasheet for your specific adhesive

How to clean waterborn adhesives

If it is a large spill on the floor we recommend using sand, salt or sawdust to soak up the adhesive. Usually this mixture can be disposed into the normal waste stream. Smaller amounts can be cleaned with (hot) water and soap or our specially developed solvent free cleaner for adhesives: Intercol PD 100.

Technical and safety datasheets of our products are available on request. Most of our adhesives are allowed for food-packaging. We can provide official statements about the presence of specified substances as well.
