Intercol's Futura hot melt is a water white metallocene hotmelt with short open time and very fast setting. Used for bonding especially heavy carton trays and general packaging, corrugated boxes. Suitable for deep freeze to -20C and/or where high heat resistance is needed we have special grades available that can stand temperatures up to 90 degrees Celsius.

Intercol's "Fast" Futura hot melt is a water white low viscosity metallocene hotmelt (500mPas@150C) with short to medium open time. This fast setting adhesive is suitable for e.g. sift proof applications, or applications where stringing causes problems.

Intercol's "Long" Futura hot melt is a water white metallocene hotmelt with long open time and but fast setting. Suitable for deep frozen goods and difficult to bond surfaces like coated cartons and plastics.

Intercol's "Low melt" Futura hot melt is a water white metallocene hotmelt with medium open time and which is fast setting. Runs at reduced application temperatures, around 120 degrees Celsius (low melt and sift proof applications).
