Horizontal Roll through method

We provide a range of products, both waterbased and hot melts, where we notice no stringing and high tack of the adhesive, to pick up te label out of the labelmagazine at high speeds. Our waterbased dispersion adhesives do bond the most coatings, we can improve the bonding range if required. The ultimate balance between wettack and open time (because of machinestops) can be adapted to your needs.

The range of adhesives for inline labellers is quite large. For multiple applications we have different adhesives with their own balance between performance, bonding and pricing. Some specialties are hot can labeling, bonding difficult coatings (overlap), corrossion resistancy, easy to clean and very high tack for e.g. very tiny labels.

Vertical labelling hot melt adhesives

Intercol's range hot melt labelling adhesives are used for rotating labellers as for inline labellers, spray and vertical rollers. We have unique products with properties like:

• High hot tack
• High temperature resistance
• Low application temperature, temperature stable hot melts
