Paper mills In general, paper mills use different adhesives for the various applications. This is no longer necessary because Intercol has launched an adhesive that works well for several end uses.

EHM 8964 can do all of the following:

Packaging: As the bag is only 14kg or 20kg it is safer and easier to handle than traditional hot-melt adhesive suppliers with 25kg.As there are fewer variations, because it's versatile properties, the right adhesive always goes into the tank.

Recommended application temperature:
Advised hot-melt temperature settings: tank 140°C, hose 145°C; nozzle 150°C

Intercol's hotmelt run on many casepackers in the food and dairy industry. Our hot melt adhesives can be used for packing wraparound and RSC boxes, with lower but also large capacities

For cases/trays with a separate lid on top, Intercol has developed a high tack, very fast setting hotmelts, to cope with the poor compression in these systems. Typicall for machines that will erect a carton blank from the magazine, apply hot melt glue, and fold it to form the lid.
