bonding UV coating lacquer CD trays

The printing material for CD-covers is often finished with a glossy lacquer such as UV coating or PE laminating. For economical reasons this glossy layer often can't be spared out. Bonding this glossy layer is an extra challenge. UV lacquers can be very different, therewith we cannot predict the best solution for you process. We have quite a lot of proven adhesives for lacquered substrates though. These products include a hot melt from our Futura rang, a waterbased non contact jetting adhesive and a wheel coating adhesive.
